McCullers is young so TOR would need to pay 2/ 3 of his salary plus give up a Mid-Lvl-Prospect.

You're name speaks for itself. Encarnacion isn't 1/ 3 of what Houston would want in return. Throw in Aaron Sanchez and a mid level prospect and i'd consider it.

Astros would want the world for Lance McCullers.

Young, controllable pitching is damn near impossible to find at his level. The Astros certainly won't give that up for a guy who is a free agent at the end of next year.
