The only way the Cubs are going to get Trout is if Bryant, Russell, Shwarber, and Soler lead the list, I wouldn't be surprised if they aske for another top prospect from them. And to be honest, even with that package, I wouldn't want to give up Trout, he might arguably be the greatest player we have seen in this generation and possibly the best to ever play! Players like this don't come around often, it's an injury filled season, be patient give Trout the pieces he needs to win a Championship in Anaheim.

Since the beginning of last season, Harper has led in almost every major advanced stat. wOBA, wRC+, wRAA, WPA.

So you telling me to check the stats is funny, considering you missed all of those. And look, I get it, you're an Angels fan. But it doesn't change the fact that you're still wrong.

theJerk I think BATMAN was referring to DennisDahl, not you. But anyways it is a fair argument to say Harper is better than trout. You can't simply look at batting average and home runs to determine a players skill. You have to look deeper, in the wOBA, wRC and so on.
