Mets get: Jonathon Neise

Pirates get: Max Wotell, Ivan Wilson

The Pirates obviously aren't going to get much for Neise as he has struggled mightily this season, but with the mets losing Harvey and possible injury to Syndergaard, it makes too much sense. The Pirates could then role with a post ASB rotation of Cole, Taillon, Glasnow, Liriano, and one of Locke/ Kulh/ Brault.

Because he has played with the mets his whole career and they are giving up almost nothing to get him. And they need the rotation help.

Harvey on the DL, Syndergaard likely going on the DL to try to save innings, and who knows how long Bartolo can hold up.

Mets are rumored to be interested in him but I highly doubt they will get him back.
