Rays get: Julio Urias, Cody Bellinger Austin Barnes Yasiel Puig, Jose Peraza, Grant Holmes

Reds get Grant Holmes Alex Verdugo and Alex Wood.

Here's the real question: will the Dodgers give up the farm for a controllable pitcher and a rental OF?

I know they are getting desperate down there in LA, but wow. This is putting all their eggs in this year's basket.

Jay Bruce isn't a rental he had a team option for next year. Puig isn't good anymore but maybe your right.

As a Giants fan, I'm cool with it. But it seems kind of dumb.

For the record, I don't think the Archer trade is terrible. It's not great, but far from terrible.

The Bruce trade is a complete overpayment.

Why would reds give something to rays when rays aren't giving anything to reds? Seems dumb.
