Problem one instead of re-sign you should have said extension, because that's what those are. A re-sign is when a player is a free agent and comes back. Secondly Todd Frazier to me at least will be traed in the offseason, and if not he won't be back when he is a free agent. Next Tim Anderson is smart enough not to sign a low extension like that, maybe 20 years ago. And I don't think he will get an extension offer for several years. Lawrie could get more than that. Rich Hill will certainly get more years than just 2 and 9 million total for that matter. Boone Logan laughs at the 3 year 7.5 million offer and signs elsewhere. Same for Ziegler. Pretty much all those guys get more than what you suggested. Also Austin Romine is not a free agent and David Phelps isn't either.

Everything that Batman said, and also, why would the White Sox trade Jose Quintana for Hunter Strickland?

Some is incorrect (like Tim Anderson re-signing), and some is plausible (free agent signings), but the Quintana trade is a joke.

As a Giants fan, I hope SF can get Quintana for the price of Strickland and Stratton.

As a realistic baseball fan, I had a good laugh at the idea.

The extensions have people getting much less than they could on the open market or in Anderson's case holding back future earnings and somehow they'll sign 9 free agents. But they also hold back their team even further by trading one of the best pictures in the league for nothing.

Shields won't be on the team next season in my opinion.

Or at least not in the rotation.
