Dodgers get a lock down reliever while holding onto 3/ 4 top prospects. Pirates get an established MLB pitcher, a solid future catcher they desperately need and two very intriguing prospects.

This might be a *slight* overpay for LA, but I don't think it's a bad trade. Elite relievers like Vazquez probably require an overpay.
