Teams were told by PHI to have their "best offers" in by today. This is what I think would be fair for each team. Not saying the teams would offer it, but rather what I think PHI would want to consider.

LAD) Cole Hamels
PHI) RHP Grant Holmes, OF Alex Verdugo and RHP Chris Anderson

TEX) Cole Hamels
PHI) OF Nomar Mazara, C Jorge Alfaro and RHP Luis Ortiz

NYY) Cole Hamels
PHI) SS Jorge Mateo, C Gary Sanchez and LHP Ian Clarkin

SF) Cole Hamels
PHI) RHP Tyler Beede SS Christian Arroyo and RHP Kyle Crick

HOU) Cole Hamels
PHI) OF Brett Phillips, SP Vincent Valasquez and 2B Tony Kemp

Ultimately, I think TEX ends up with him. They have been after him the hardest and their system is very strong. PHI is looking for a C in most trade and Alfaro is the best one available. If the Yankees included Judge or Servino they would have a shot, but I don't think they do so.

The Yankees one doesn't make sense, they wouldn't give up Gary Sanchez,so I think either SF or TEX ends up with him. Good trade

"Not saying the teams would offer it, but rather what I think PHI would want to consider." that's why I said this. I doubt they would trade him, but if they seriously want Hamels they will need to give up one of Sanchez, Judge or Servino to get Hamels.

All these, except for the Texas trade, are bad. Though they may need to add another prospect or two. I think the Dodgers could offer slightly better even without giving up Seager and Urias. The Yankees offer won't happen. Clarkin hasn't stepped on the field this season, Mateo is untouchable. And to Yankees_saints Sanchez is the one top prospect they are open to trading. The Giants offer is ok, but they really need to add more and they have a week system. Houston could add more.
