The Phillies should've started to rebuild about two years ago but, with the hire of Andy MacPhail I expect that Phillies will make at least 4-5 trade until July 31.
Cole Hamels & Cash to the Rangers for Jorge Alfaro, Nomar Mazara, Jake Thompson, and Lewis Brinson
Ben Revere to the Angles for Natanael Delgado and Greg Mahle
Jonathan Paplebon & Cash to the Cubs for Pierce Johnson
Ryan Howard & Cash to the St. Louis Cardinals for Tom Cooney and Tommy Pham
Aaron Harang to the Pirates for Stephen Tarpley
If the Phillies can manage to make these trades they could have one of the best farm systems in baseball and that is the only way the Phillies can become relevant again. The Phillies already have so young guys who look like they have a bright future for the Phillies most notably; Franco, Hernandez, Herera, Giles, Nola and Crawford but that still isn't enough.

I like the Hamels trade. I doubt anyone gives up that much for him in the end, but it'll be close to something like that.
The Papelbon trade might be too much, but again, you're on track.
No way the Cardinals take on Howard. They need to find a much cheaper option they can dump after this season.
And the Phillies can get WAY more for Ben Revere. True leadoff guys are really hard to find.

Brennan, I like most of these okay. Some of the details may need work, but the main point of each seems plausible.
Even Howard could work in St. Louis, if Philly is willing to pay just about all of the contract.
