U need to get the baseball spell check

and there's one rotation

and Zeigler is a closer

and O'Flaherty SUCKS

and Reds wouldn't trade Phillips and Bruce for Hill and De La Rosa
with the moves Arizona is pulling right now
Reds would want to more prospects and Arizona would give them even though it is unnecessary.

2.) 13 Dec 2015 19:21:29
de la Rosa and Hill for Bruce and Phillips? I cannot envision Cincinnati accepting that offer under any circumstances. And Matusz is not a free agent.

3.) 13 Dec 2015 21:01:41
Yes he is and you guys do realize that Robby Ray is also going to the Reds right so it is totally fair.

4.) 13 Dec 2015 21:15:49
Brian Matusz is not a free agent. I'm not sure why everyone thinks he is.

5.) 13 Dec 2015 22:18:12
He is listed as one, Google MLB free agent tracker 2016 and go to spotrac. com and choose the reliever position and scroll down and you will see his name.

6.) 13 Dec 2015 22:30:13
An even if he isn't they should trade to get him. Maybe trade Tuffy and prospects to get him. Or maybe trade Thomas to get him since he hasn't worked out for the D-Backs so maybe a more hitter friendly park would help him. And Baltamore needs an outfielder too. And then to take Thomas's spot on the bench they could sign someone like Steave Pearce or Will Venable or maybe even Johnny Gomes but some outfielder with power to come off the bench.

7.) 13 Dec 2015 23:46:51
CS16, they have it wrong. He is signed through this next season.

8.) 14 Dec 2015 00:17:10
That's not a bad idea CS16.

9.) 14 Dec 2015 05:10:35
that website has it wrong, Matuz is a free agent after 2016.

13 Dec 2015 06:46:01
Diamondbacks remaining offseason plans:

1. Sign Alex Gordon

2. Sign Mike Leake

3. Sign Travis Snider to a minor league deal (he makes the big league club out of spring training and is an outfield option off the bench)
Lineup:

4. Sign Al Albuquerque

5.Sign Erick O'Flarity

6. Trade Robby Ray and Rubby De La Rosa to the Yankees for Andrew Miller

Lineup:
1. Pollack CF
2. Peralta RF
3. Goldy 1st
4. Castillo C
5. Gordon LF
6. Lamb 3rd
7. Ahmed SS
8. Hill 2nd
9. Pitcher

Bench:
1. O'Brien C/OF
2. Owens INF
3. Thomas 3rd/OF
4. Drury 3rd
5. Snider OF

Rotation:
1. Grienkie
2. Miller
3. Corbin
4. Leake
5. Bradley

Bullpen:
1. Collomiter
2. Hudson
3. Albaquerkie
4. O'Flarity
5. Miller
6. Delgado
7. Ziggler

What do you guys think?

Crazysull

1.) 13 Dec 2015 13:59:10
The DBacks don't have the money left to sign Gordon and Leake and take on Miller's contract.

2.) 13 Dec 2015 14:37:30
Sull this isn't the show, the Diamondbacks don't have unlimited amount of cash, Gordon could get up to 100M and leake very well could as well, plus taking on millers 9 million no way dude. Yankees wouldn't trade him unless they get a Bradley or Corbin in exchange plus others.

3.) 13 Dec 2015 15:07:12
The chances that Zona signs an OF such as Alex Gordon are miniscule.

4.) 13 Dec 2015 15:44:14
The chances of the Yankees taking Ray and De La Rosa for Miller are also minuscule. You'll have to say goodbye to what's left of that farm system.

5.) 13 Dec 2015 18:02:25
It is a pretty weak deal for Miller considering what the Red Sox gave up for Kimbrell and what the Astros gave up for Giles.

6.) 13 Dec 2015 19:20:31
times 2.

Final move for Red Sox this offseason

1. Trade:
BOS-HUS:

HUS gets: Hanagin, Layne

BOS gets: Matt Duffy

Why HUS: because it gives them the catching help and bullpen help that they need. At an inexpencive cost too.

Why BOS: because it gives Boston depth at the corner infield spots and someone who can replace Shaw on the bench next year when Hanley moves to full time DH and Shaw to 1st when Ortiz retires.

Lineup:
1. Betts RF
2. Bogartz SS
3. Ortiz DH
4. Hanley 1st/DH
5. Padroia 2nd
6. Panda 3rd
7. Castillo LF
8. Swihart C
9. JBJ CF

Bench:
1. Vasquez C
2. Hot UTL
3. Young OF
4. Shaw 1st/3rd/maybe LF

Rotation:
1. Price
2. Bucholtz/Porcello
3. Bucholtz/Porcello
4. Rodregez
5. Owens

Bullpen:
1. Kelly
2. Wright
3. Ross
4. Smith
5. Taz
6. Koji
7. Kimbral

What do you guys think?

Crazysull

1.) 11 Dec 2015 14:53:50
The Matt Duffy from Houston is not the same Matt Duffy from SF.

2.) 11 Dec 2015 15:46:15
I know that.

3.) 11 Dec 2015 17:47:28
Its not HUS its HOU
and the other Matt Duffy from HOU Sucks

Like he is only on Houston for the name.

4.) 11 Dec 2015 18:07:07
Duffy is with the Giants Sull. Pay better attention.

5.) 11 Dec 2015 18:47:51
^^There is a Matt Duffy that plays for Houston.

Why anyone would waste their time making a trade for him, I'm not sure.

6.) 12 Dec 2015 01:08:38
HUS? Huskers? Nebraska?

7.) 12 Dec 2015 05:17:22
And some of you people really think I'm that guy? Come on man!

8.) 12 Dec 2015 17:28:38
Go Huskers!

10 Dec 2015 00:25:20
For tigers to rebound and be good again next season I say they have one major thing to do. Get rid of Bruce Rendon he obviously didn't want to play there shown by his lack of effort. And what team is In need of relief help is the team of the week right now the Diamondbacks.

D-Backs get: Rendon (good arm in the late innings and maybe just needs a change of teams to get him going again), PTBNL.

Detroit gets: Jake Lamb (in my opinion he is an upgrade over Castillanos)

The D-Backs would then slot Drury into the everyday 3rd base role and then go out and get someone like Asdrubal Caberara to replace him on the bench.

What do you guys think?

Crazysull

1.) 10 Dec 2015 01:22:35
Rondon
Who plays third for D-backs if Drury's not ready
Cabrera is not Free Agent.

2.) 10 Dec 2015 01:40:06
Asdrubal Cabrera is a free agent.

3.) 10 Dec 2015 01:41:23
Asdrubal Cabrera is most certainly a free agent.

4.) 10 Dec 2015 03:21:20
A free agent who just signed with the Mets.

08 Dec 2015 03:07:42
I think that Boston should have traded Hanley to Seattle I the deal today since Seattle needs a 1st baseman and not try to keep him for DH next year after Ortiz retires so I feel like they will sign EE next year to replace him. So feel like they should have included him and we could have got someone else like Nuno to add more depth. So the deal would have been:
To Boston:
Smith
Elias
Nuno

To Seattle:
Miley
Aro
Hanley

Then we should sign Nava back

And then sign Clippard

Then the sox lineup would be

1. Betts RF
2. Bogartz SS
3. Ortiz DH
4. Shaw 1st
5. PD 2nd
6. Panda 3rd
7. Castillo LF
8. Swihart C
9. JBJ CF

Bench:
1. Hot UTL
2. Vasquez C
3. Young OF
4. Nava 1st/OF

Rotation:
1. Price
2. Bucholtz
3. Porcello
4. Rodrrgez
5. Owens

Bullpen:
1. Kelly long relief
2. Wright long relief
3. Ross middle innings
4. Clippard middle innings
5. Taz 7th inning
6. Koji 8th inning
7. Kimbral Closer

What do you guys think? I think that it is possible. Do you guys?

Crazysull

1.) 08 Dec 2015 03:28:19
yea the mariners TOTALLY want a 20 million dollar firstbaseman who hits 260 for nothing much in return.

2.) 08 Dec 2015 05:23:38
Sull get over your fetish with shaw he's not as great as you think he is. And you think he's the next trout. No one will take Hanley. And for being a Red Sox fan you sure do spell a lot of the players' names wrong by my count 6 misspelled names.

3.) 08 Dec 2015 05:25:09
Pink Avenger u do realize Hanley can play multiple positions right? He can play 1B, SS,3B, LF.

4.) 08 Dec 2015 13:07:36
YankeesFan13, do you realize Hanley is not that good at any of those positions. Except 1st base, we haven't seen him play there yet.

Diamondbacks are going to be good this year I can just feel it.

Lineup:
1. Pollack CF
2. Peralta LF
3. Goldy 1st
4. Castillo C
5. Thomas/O'Brian RF
6. Lamb 3rd
7. Ahmed/Owens SS
8. Hill 2nd
9. Pitcher

Bench:
1. Tuffy C
2. O'brian C/OF/1st/Thomas
3. Durry 3rd
4. Owens INF/Ahmed INF

Rotation:
1. Greinkie
2. Miller
3. Corbin
4. Bradly
5. De La Rossa

Bullpen:
1. Ray
2. Collomiter
3. Goldy
4. Hudson
5. Leone
6. Reynolds
7. Ziggler

What do you guys think?

I obviously had to change things around since the Miller trade. But I like how this lineup looks too. And they have a better rotation as well. I think there only issue now is to upgrade their bullpen more but maybe they won't. Do you guys think that they are done making deals? Just leave your thoughts below.

Crazysull

1.) 09 Dec 2015 15:32:38
Robbie Ray won't be in the bullpen. If anyone goes to the 'pen, it'll be De La Rosa.

2.) 09 Dec 2015 16:59:34
But what other upgrades can they make. I don't see them making anymore major trades but there are a few under rated free agent relivers left on the market that they should try to target to sure up their pen.

3.) 09 Dec 2015 17:00:47
Since they have so many pitchers that would be considered long relievers in their pen now so I think they could trade one or 2 of them for a decent late inning reliever. What do you guys think?

4.) 09 Dec 2015 18:45:37
They've got quite a few pitchers still they could trade for a reliever. Godley, Collmenter, De La Rosa. but Robbie Ray is in their plans to start, as he should be.

03 Dec 2015 16:09:01
Who will the blue Jays sign to be their backup catcher now that both Navaro and Thole are both gone? Any ideas?

Crazysull

1.) 03 Dec 2015 16:25:12
Maybe flowers? Or saltlamachia? Or will they trade for one since the market is thin. Maybe even Jaso even though his catching days were thought to be behind him.

2.) 03 Dec 2015 18:25:04
I bet they either make a trade for someone or just use A. J. Jimenez.

3.) 04 Dec 2015 00:39:35
They should sign flowers or salty in my opinion.

4.) 04 Dec 2015 02:45:16
both are terrible.

5.) 04 Dec 2015 12:06:53
Neither of them are bad. They would be great backups and they are the best 2 options on the market right now.

6.) 09 Dec 2015 03:56:38
I thought they resigned Thole

What about Hector Sanchez.

13 Nov 2015 17:08:07
The reason why I don't want the sox to trade their young studs is because in a couple of years they will be like the Cubs. And I think that is the best rout to take and especially since they have the cash to go out and sign at least one good star instead of giving up prospects for him. And then once hanleys contract comes off the books we will free up more money or we could trade him for some good prospect (s) so I think they should wait till then since the only 2 old players on the team are Ortiz and koji so I think they should stick around till then and the sox will be insane.

Crazysull

1.) 13 Nov 2015 21:25:54
I don't understand this at all! You're acting as if Red Sox prospects are huge great players. News flash they aren't. They don't have a guy that will turn into Bryant. Probability of the 12 prospects you like all being stars is incredibly unlikely at least 5 won't be great.

2.) 13 Nov 2015 22:43:05
I think that they will.

3.) 14 Nov 2015 02:18:38
Then you're insane.

4.) 14 Nov 2015 04:19:34
No I am not. See the deal they just made with the Padres. They didn't give up any of those guys and got a great player in return so maybe one last trade involving only ok prospects and Hanley I think that they should go the free agent rout for now.

5.) 14 Nov 2015 14:13:44
Idk why I'm still talking to you but I like how in prospects you don't want them to trade you didn't list Margot whom according to MLB. com wasthe best all around athlete in the Red Sox organization, top 25 prospect, top 10 OF prospect. I don't think you're getting this through your head, prospects are prospects just because scouting reports say they will be good doesn't mean they will. And also it doesn't matter if they are good because then you have Peddy, Sandoval, Hanley who you can't get anything for btw blocking them. Also JBJ sucks.

6.) 14 Nov 2015 15:04:56
Sull, almost every Red Sox prospect that has come up to the Majors has done poorly with the exception of Boegarts and Betts. Bradley, Swihart, Rodriguez, Castillo, the other catchers, Middlebrooks, Johnson, Wright have all been terrible. They might have one of the best farms in MLB, but that really doesn't mean the guys are the best players when they come up.

7.) 14 Nov 2015 16:05:59
Swihart was terrible this year? Eduardo Rodriguez was terrible? Even Castillo looked alright.

With all do respect, Batman, I take a Yankees fan's perspective on the Red Sox with a grain of salt.

8.) 14 Nov 2015 17:50:00
The reason why I didn't list him is because he is blocked by all the young outfielders we have in the MLB and starting already.

9.) 14 Nov 2015 18:49:13
Okay then why'd you put moncada, either Johnson or Owens or both will be blocked, marrero is blocked, and shaw is blocked. Just blew up your reasoning.

10.) 14 Nov 2015 19:17:23
No
I want them to trade Hanley so shaw isn't blocked, Owens isn't blocked and marrero is until sandaval comes off the books and same with Johnson until he is needed and I think we should keep him. And moncada is the next big thing and just needs a couple years of development before he is ready and he will be insane.

11.) 16 Nov 2015 05:04:41
natedub, I have showed no allegiance to any teams.

12.) 16 Nov 2015 06:05:31
Batman, than you're high as a kite to think that all of those players were terrible this year.

13.) 16 Nov 2015 13:45:14
I did misspeak on a few.

14.) 16 Nov 2015 14:09:45
I think it was more than just a few!

28 Oct 2015 00:47:57
Who do you think the Red Sox blue Jays and Cubs will sign this offseason or what trades (big and small) do you think they will make.

Crazysull

1.) 28 Oct 2015 02:56:50
Anyone?

2.) 28 Oct 2015 18:57:56

Jokem Soria
Lineup:
1.LF Revere
2.3rd Donaldson
3.SS Tulo

Bullpen:
Keep the same except move Estrata back into his long relief role and Soria into the closer role and move Ozuna into the second setup role.

Crazysull

1.) 18 Oct 2015 18:52:14
So basically the real life blue jays turn into the show blue jays and go after big fish even though they don't have the cash.

2.) 18 Oct 2015 20:46:01
I guess they might not go after Zobrist but if they don't either Goins or Travis will start at second for them and then they would resign Pennington to take one of their spots on the bench and adds some versatility off the bench.

I think that they should keep both, and sign a guy like Brandon Morrow and Re-sign a guy like Tommy Hunter

An out field of Solar, Heyward and Schwarber is nasty. And a pitching staff of 1. Arrieta 2. Lester 3. Lacky 4. Morrow 5. Hammels

And a lineup of
1. Heyward
2. Schwarber
3. Rizzo
4. Bryant
5. Solar
6. Zobrist
7. Montaro
8. Russle/pitcher
9. Pitcher/Russell

Bench:
1. Ross
2. Coglan
3. Lastella
4. Jackson
5. Baez

Rotation:
1. Arietta
2. Lester
3. Lacky
4. Morrow
5. Hamels

Bullpen:
1. Cahill
2. Warren
3. Wood
4. Grimm
5. Hunter
6. Stropp
7. Rendon

What do you guys think?

And if that is the case I think they would need to trade a starter and one of their long relievers to someone for a middle of the pen guys and a right fielder to move Thomas back to the bench so he has some more time to develope.
