Rays jumpstart a rebuild
Rockies get: Alex Colome
Rays get: Castellani, Welker, Hoffman
Cardinals get: Chris Archer
Rays get: Weaver, Flaherty, Sierra

As a Rays fan, I would take that deal for Colome. Hoffman has lost some luster but both Walker and Castellani have solid upside. Another idea I had floated was Colome for Dahl straight up. This would appeal more to Tampa Bay, as they aren't actually rebuilding, but instead trying to reallocate resources and save money. McMahon would likely appeal to the Rays as well.
I think the offer for Archer is too light. I doubt they would want both Weaver and Flaherty with the their strength of pitching in the high minors. I could see any deal likely starting with Weaver and Kelly. They would probably also want a young OF in the deal, O'Neil seems to fit better as Sierra is very similar to Mallex Smith. Maybe something like Weaver, Kelly, O'Neil and some lottery tickets?

Weaver, Kelly, and O’Neill is far too light.
I’d go Reyes, Flaherty, Kelly, Delvin Perez for Archer, Colome.
The Rays could gut a farm system for Archer.

No way rockies do this, window is a little more than two years if they can resign Arenado and Blackmon (lemaheiu can be replaced (free agent next year) )
