Okay I like the idea but here's what is wrong:
1) The Cubs are NOT trading Schwarbs (in chi he is viewed as untouchable as Bryant by fans, media and presumably the FO)
2) Forsythe is useless because the cubs are crowded at 2nd. Baez, Zobrist and a really nice kid named Ian Happ who they expect to take over when Zobrist moves on.
But I do think you're on to something bc I see them moving Baez due to there crowded infield.
Perhaps: Baez, Eloy Jimenez, Carl edwards jr, and Dylan Cease for Archer alone.

I get Jose Quintana is consistent but is that really worth a package more than the sox got for sale I mean Quintanas strikeout numbers aren't high his ip is like 30 innings less than sale so tell me what I'm missing

Quintana is not worth a sale package. You're right he's not Sale, But:
Quintana value as a pitcher alone is about 75 on the dollar of Sale. Combine that with the fact that he has longer control for an even lower salary and you're looking to get back 80 to 90 cents on the dollar that Sale gets you back.
Sale getting you the #1 position player prospect and a very high prospect in Kopech as a headliner makes the ChiSox (and their fans) believe that Quintana needs to be headlined by a top 10 prospect OR a couple of top 30-40 prospect guys.

Quintana offers more in the way of contract value. He is cheaper and has an extra year of control remaining than Sale.
He is not as good, but the contract value is certainly there, and honestly, he isn't so much worse that his contract actually makes me probably consider him over Sale.

Lucroy is a good catcher but he's a. Career .280 hitter which is really good his best season so far in terms of hrs are 18 which doesn't scream giving up 2-3 top prospects but I get he brings more to the table like framing but that's not worth a huge package.

Since 2013, Jonathan Lucroy has been the second best catcher in baseball, offensively, behind Buster Posey.
The catcher position is so weak offensively, that guys like Lucroy are going to command huge returns.
