NATIONALS OFFSEASON
1. Trade Jordan Zimmermann to the Angels for Howie Kendrick and Kevin Jepsen (Kendrick and Zimmermann are both FA's after this year, as Jepsen makes the deal even)
2. Sign Max Scherzer 7/184 (Now that we traded Zimmermann, we should sign Scherzer)
This is a better NATS team!
1.) So once MLB Network gives an opinion on what should happen, everyone goes with it. I don't think its a bad idea though.

The Nationals aren't going to give up Zimmermann for a 1-year rental of Kendrick. I doubt the Angels are going to give up Kendrick for a 1-year rental of Zimmermann, either.
