1.) Yep and the Dodgers are also sending catcher Tim Federowicz and 30 million the Padres way.

Phillies trade Ryan Howard and cash to o's for Ubaldo Jimenez
1.) I don't see where he would fit on the team.
2.) Honestly, it depends on Cruz, if he leaves, I think they should look at him. A change of team can be great for a player.

Tigers trade Alex Avila to Red Soxs for Sean Coyle
1.) He is not even a decent prospect. Avila will get u a decent major league bullpen arm or Holt or near ready major league talent not some sub .240 hitter with no gap power not even in the top 25 prospects of the red sox.
2.) I would see the Tigers trading Alex Avila to the Red Sox for Brock Holt.
3.) Sean Coyle is ranked 13 on MLB.com list and he hit .295 this year you have the wrong guy.

David Price just confirmed that has not had conversations with the Tigers about a long-term contract as of yet
1.) Well I believe he's just one of many players who hate to talk contract extensions with less then 2 years remaining on their current deal cause it would overshadow how that person plays so I believe we would extend him around the same as the 6 year $144 million we offered scherzer and price is better
2.) So what, they r underachieving and ade ina pennet race, no need for distractions i'm sure hell get locked up. either him or scherzer r going to get a big deal
3.) If te Tigers didn't want to pay Scherzer, I can't foresee them extending Price, who'll go for an even heftier contract.
4.) Price is a rental and a waste for Detroit this year when they miss out on getting to the playoffs.

1.) Saw these, like the Nava/Cordier trade.
2.) The Sox will most likely trade Nava as part of a package for someone like Hamels, Beltre, Latos, Gee, or Miley. Alone, all he nets is a fringe prospect, who probably won't ever have an impact on the team, given the depth of their system.
3.) The phillies would have to include cash

The Indians have agreed to a one-year, $1MM extension with righty Scott Atchison. Atchison will earn $900K next season. The deal includes a $1MM club option for 2016, which comes with a $100K buyout.
1.) Why would the Phillies trade away their RF that they just acquired, for two 1B
2.) Not only is Beckett more valuable than Pence, explain to me why the Phillies would give up anything to get Dunn and where he could possibly play with Howard on the team
3.) Where would dunn play since there is no dh??

1.) "halladay with the yankees" lol. look at his periphials when he played with the jays, he wasn't that good against the AL east (btw win-losses don't measure how good a player is)
2.) Wandy won`t get past rockies....
3.) Yankees aren't going to trade Judge and Sanchez for an aging Lee and especially with his recent elbow issues. Mid-level prospects are what I see happening at this point.

1.) Yankees aren't going to trade Sanchez and Judge for an aging Cliff Lee. What will happen is the Yankees will take on his salary and give up maybe Sanchez and one or two lesser prospects. Or perhaps John Ryan Murphy, Mason Williams and a lesser prospect. Catching is something the Yankees have plenty of in the minors. How ever I think they want to get younger and Judge would be a perfect fit in that lineup in a year or two.
