Jose Ramirez is in the Padres organization.
2.) So, Hamels and Utley for a big bag of turds? I don't think so.
3.) Highly biased Sox fan that is a different Jose Rameriz, check their top prospects list on MLB.com. Also this very unlikely to happen. Utley has stated his desire to go down with the Phillies sinking ship. And the Yankees aren't going to give up that much no for Hamels no matter how mediocre their system is. LBF your bias shows. Sanchez, Austin (who rebounded last year and will do ever better again, Jagielo are no turds, Hensley the jury is still out on.
4.) Jose Ramirez is a pitcher in the Yankees organization

6.) I don't think that package could get them Hamelsno let alone their long time second baseman.

Oops, I was wrong. I was thinking of Rafael de Paula, who was traded to SD in the Headley trade.
8.) A big bag of turds. I stick by my statement. It's not bias, only common sense and knowledge.
9.) Agree with LBF. Turd city.
10.) LBF, time will tell all. I'm not saying they are the next Mike Trouts, I'm saying they will be good. And some will not be traded. Bird will replace Teixeria, Jageilo will be the third baseman when he's ready and Headley will be traded. Judge will replace Beltran. Sanchez could be traded though. But this deal is unlikely anyways.

1.) Please tell me this is a joke.
2.) Braves would want top prospects not 4 useless prospects
3.) The Braves would want at least two legitimate prospects for Upton. No a swingman and three AAAA guys
4.) Yankees don't need Upton. And those 4 will not get him. ^^None of those guys are useless. Phelps is decent starter or long reliever. Pierla could start at second, Mitchell could start or relieve and Flores is a decent outfielder with starting potential.

1.) I don't see them signing Lester, I think he will sign with the Cubs. 4 years is too much for Headley, especially since they are probably going to have Jageilo take over 3rd in a year or two. As for the Upton trade. He is a free agent at the end of the year, no way do the Yankees give up Banuelos and Austin in that situation. Chris Owings barely has any major league experience, one year. He certainly isn't worth all that. Take out Sanchez and Flores and put in a few mid levels. I don't think Beltran would approve a trade.

They can't trade Ellis he was drafted last year. they have to wait a year after he was signed in order to trade him. That's the reason trea turner isn't a national yet because he was drafted last year. only way is to say he's a "player to be named later"

No way Phillies do that trade. Harrison has back issues. They are not going to want him
I'm a Yankee fan and I don't like the trade. It isn't enough for the Phillies but I also wouldn't trade most of our farm for Hamels. Next years free agent crop of pitchers should be really good. I'll take my chances next year in free agency than give up the future.
