10.) ^You are nothing but clueless. It is not a good trade, like everything else you post is horrible. One the Padres gave a lot in to get Myers. No he is not a center fielder. But he fits a need in San Diego, power in the line up. And to just give up for Gardner who is decent, isn't good. Like I said adding Gary Sanchez still wouldn't be enough. Severino would have to be added to start.

2.) This won't happen. The Yankees are attempting to get younger. Bird is the future first baseman. The transfer is not good. Yankees aren't going to give up Bird either in addition to Severino, Judge, Clarkin, Jageilo, and Lindgren.

9.) Yankees have Tanaka, only 26. He is an ace. And if Eovaldi can put it together, he too could be an ace. If Sabathia is healthy and has learned to pitch with diminished skills, he too could be an ace. Severino could debut this year. Hamels is an ace, but Yankees aren't exactly going to trade their future for someone over 30. They have done it in the past and it has cost them.
10.) That's not nearly enough to get Hamels. You want the Phils to pay 65% of his salary AND only get 2nd tier prospects? For Hamels and $58M you would need to add Judge and Severino, at least.

1.) If Wandy is signing a minor league contract it can't be that much. Even minor league deals for the experienced major leaguers aren't usually over 1 million. There can be incentives though. But they aren't going to sign either one of those guys.
