im probs undervaluing quintana but i feel this would be a decent starting point.

I feel like Pittsburg isn't going to trade Taillon or Glasnow, seems a little counter-productive to trade a young controllable arm for another controllable arm.
The next 3-4 years of Cole, Q, Taillon, Glasnow could be really scary.

Trading Glasnow for Quintana isn't counterproductive at all. You're getting a top 15 pitcher in the game with a ridiculously team-friendly deal. That will always cost a premium.

boston adds an impact arm to rotation and can afford to trade some young talent
detroit sheds some money and adds a top 20 prospect plus another solid pitching prospect and a controllable arm who had some success last year

As a Tigers fan, I wouldn't be opposed to this whatsoever. Includes an immediate replacement, allows the Tigers to move Castellanos to 1st once VMarts contract is up, and adds a long term piece to pair with Fulmer, Norris, and Manning in the future.

Hell no we are not trading any of those guys for Verlander unless it is Pomerantz, what makes you think we are going to trade Devers? I hate to say it but Padroia won't be around forever and he too will soon retire in 5 years or so so the Sox would be smart to move Moncada to second and Deverse at third. And why would the sox trade Benitendi for Verlander? Benittendi is worth more than Verlander right now, and Groome and Kopch are untochable, Kopech is throwing gass and we just drafted Groome no way we trade him. The Red Sox would be smart to stay away from big name starters and role with Price, Porcello, Rodregez, Pomerantz and Wright and they still have Bucholtz Henry Owens and Brian Johnson and others to fill out the rotation, they should be fine. Just sign Beltran to a 1 or 2 year deal and maybe one reliever and they should be good. Trust me why waste your future when 1 you don't need to and 2 on just 2 years of a player. I would much rather have all of those guys than Verlander and In a few years you will agree.

mill gets: chirnos, gallo, tate, faulkner
texas gets one of the top catchers in the mlb to bolster their lineup and add a reliver to bolster their penn
brewers get a potential stud in gallo who is blocked in texas and two young pitching prospects to add to the farm. chirnos can handle the catching duties and maybe be flipped later on.

Considering there is almost zero chance of them making a trade and boston already trading solid prospects for sale there is no need for them to gut the farm at this point in time red sox pass.

right now we win this trade obviously getting sale but we can't really decide who wins this deal for a couple years depending on how sale preforms and if moncada or kopech reach there potential i loved moncada but i'm just glad we did not give up any roster player to get this done.

yah kind of bad after seeing it agian idk i think a package of devers, beintendi, kopach is a good base sox will most likely have to add since it will take a kings ransom to get a top end pitcher based on the market.
