Nowhere near enough for Blackmon. It'll take quite the haul to get him, as Blackmon is still controllable.

Weaver and Wilson in July will shave about $15-20M (since they'll already be paid about half their 2016 salary by that point), and that's before they have to take on about 75% of that total.

Hamilton is already gone. They are paying $26M to play for Texas a year until his contract is up. No possible way to clear that money.

So, really, you take it down to about $350-360M. Not much of a shaving of salary. Don't forget arbitration and rising salaries of guys like Simmons and Co.

It isn't happening.

Alex Wood is hugely overrated. The Braves got rid of him in a trade for a 30-year-old rookie (Olivera) . Not to mention his bizarre pitch style that concerns teams, and the fact that he is losing velocity each year (and is only 24).

In terms of teams to trade for him, I'm sure someone would give up a small price for him on a project. Doubt the White Sox, as they already have 4 LHPs in their rotation. Maybe the Yankees or Orioles. The Brewers or Marlins could be possibilities, but the Dodgers won't get much for him.

Ray, he doesn't know.

He said it and now can't accept he's wrong.

Dude, Trevor May played in 48 games last year.

You clearly know NOTHING about any of this, so you should probably stop talking.

The #6 reliever is hardly going to make THAT much of a difference that he turns a team from a non-contender to a contender.

The Twins bullpen will likely be:

CP- Perkins
SU- Jepsen
SU- May
RP- Fien
RP- Pressly
RP- Abad
RP- Tonkin

If you think someone like Fernando Abad or Michael Tonkin (or the likes of them) will turn a team from a non-contender to a contender, you're nuts.

Middle relievers are everywhere. Every team floods their 40-man roster with them because they are completely disposable. None will make a significant difference. None.

If Adam Dunn makes it in, it'll be on some clerical error and it'll get fixed within 24 hours.

Not a chance. Quit suggesting it. Move on.
