Because those two are almost identical in prospect rating to Schmidt and Stowers.

The price on Barraclough seems more than fair. I don’t know if the Indians would do it.
The Fulmer trade is too light, but other than that, I think these seem reasonable.

Upon further investigation: the Machado trade is a massive overpay. The Yankees (or whoever gets Machado) will have to give up a good prospect or two, but it's not going to be that much.
