Nationals get: Mark Melancon and Allen Hanson
Pirates get: Lucas Giolito.

Jerk, the ONLY reason Chapman got a better return is because he throws hard and strikes a bunch of people out.

Melancon has been the best reliever in the game over the last 4 years.

And I believe another reason could be that the Cubs felt very strongly that they could resign him.
