Bleacherreport had something like this but instead they said Christian Arroyo should be off limits and instead of him they had Chris Shaw. Andrew Suarez was in that to.

Giants are already lefty heavy in the lineup and need a power hitter in LF, makes no sense to do this just keep those prospects and add power righty bat.

Giants are in a win-now mindset, while Yankees could look to cut a little payroll and continue the youth movement. This would work, but may need tweaking.
