NYM- Albert Abreu
NYY- Lucas Duda, Addison Reed

The Yankees get back a power hitting 1B to fill Bird's spot this year and Reed to beef up the bullpen. The Mets get a young pitching prospect to add to their farm.

NYM- TJ Zeuch, Reese McGuire
TOR- Jay Bruce

The Blue Jays need some more pop in the lineup if they want to stay in playoff contention. They have been linked to Bruce for over a year.

NYM- Jorge Lopez, Monte Harrison
MIL- Neil Walker

The Brewers are a surprising contender this year. They currently have Villar and Sogard at 2B. If Sogard slows down they could look for some help. Walker would fit what they're looking for.

NYM- Kelvin Gutierrez
WSH- Jeremy Blevins

The Nationals will be in on every reliever available. Blevins would provide a much needed LH boost.

NYM- Lachlan Wells
MIN- Asdrubal Cabrera

Jorge Polanco is a decent young SS, but Cabrera could provide veteran leadership to a young MIN team.

Too much for Bruce and Walker.

And nowhere near enough for Cabrera.
