as of right now MlB has Canderlario as their #1 prospect and Clifton and Albertos as 4 and 5, respectively. So might not be as crazy as you think.

The Cubs don't have a prospect in the Midseason Top 100. MLB Pipeline has Candelario as #81, and not a lot of scouts are too keen on him.

The Rangers are 4.5 games out, they don't have to move Darvish and likely only will if they are blown away. This deal likely won't get them a top starter.
