Rays, Pads and Nats reportedly agreed to this massive 3-team deal:

Padres get: OF Wil Meyers, C Ryan Hanigan, RHP Gerardo Reyes, and LHP Luis Castillo

Rays get: OF Steven Souza, C Rene Rivera, RHP Burch Smith, 1B Jake Bauers, and LHP Trevor Ott

Nats get: RHP Joe Ross, SS Trea Turner(who will be traded as a PTBNL)

I have no idea what the Rays are doing, but expect their fans to disappear. Those bandwagoners will go back to rooting for the Yankees, Red Sox, Mets, and others.

^^^Their lease on Tropicana goes through 2026. the legal issues that would stem from moving before then would be enormous.

So maybe they'll move in 12 years. but certainly not soon.

Well, its being said that the owner if he can't get a deal to look for a location for a stadium. He would sell the team and the new owner could seek to relocate to another city. They don't have to stay till 2026
