how about this:

TIGERS - NATIONALS

TIGERS GETS:
SP STEPHEN STRASBURG

NATIONALS GETS:
RP BLAINE HARDY
C ALEX AVILA
1B JORDAN LENNERTON
OF TYLER COLLINS

TIGERS GET A REPLACEMENT IN THE ROTATION SINCE SCHERZER IS WITH THE NATIONALS AND THEY GIVE UP HARDY WHO IS GOOD RP BUT WITH THE TIGERS GETTING GORZELANNY, HARDY CAN BE EXPENDABLE plus AVILA CAN BE TRADED SINCE he's A FREE AGENT AFTER THIS YEAR AND HE CAN GET AN EXTENSION WITH THE NATIONALS, LENNERTON CAN BE AN INSURRANCE PLAN AT 1B AND COLLINS CAN BE THE 4TH OF FOR THE TEAM AND GET A BETTER CHANCE TO PLAY THERE THEN IN DETROIT

NATIONALS GET RID OF THE JAM IN THE ROTATION AND STRASBURG CAN BRING MORE IN RETURN THEN ZIMMERMAN AND FISTER SINCE STRASBURG HAS 1 EXTRA YEAR ON HIS CONTRACT AND WITH HAVING SCHERZER, THEY WONT BE ABLE TO RESIGN STRASBURG CAUSE THEY WOULD NEED TO CONSIDER EXTENDING HARPER INSTEAD

THE TIGERS CAN THEN EXTEND 3 PLAYERS:
STRASBURG TO A 5 YEAR $100 MILLION DEAL
PRICE TO A 5 YEAR $120 MILLION DEAL
CESPEDES TO A 4 YEAR $60 MILLION DEAL

BUT EXTENDING STRASBURG AND PRICE FOR ONLY $10 MILLION MORE THEN WHAT SCHERZER GOT IN MONEY WISE WOULD BE A WHOLE LOT BETTER

So many things wrong with this nationals aren't trading Strasburg, if they did they'd get a better deal than what you posted. Price will most likely get 7 years and 180-200M cespedes will get 5/75 and Strasburg should get 6/120-155

Detroit doesn't have the farm system to acquire Strasburg. They have basically traded most of their valuable pieces over the last few years. The ones they do have, they don't sound like they are trading them. Next the extensions. With Boras as Strasburg's agent he will certainly get more than 5 years and 100 million. Price will certainly get a 7 year contract. And Cespedes is going to be a free agent. Not saying he won't resign with them. But the way his contract is structured he will be a Free Agent.

The Tigers simply do not have the prospects to make a trade of that caliber. that's the case for any of the Nationals starters. Some team, such as Boston, would blow that offer away.

That proposal is an embarrassment.
