I heard the Yankees have been talking to the Marlins about Fernandez

Marlins get Michael Pineda, Ivan Nova, Aaron Judge, Gary Sanchez, James Kaprielian, Ian Clarkin, and Domingo Acevedo

Yankees get Jose Fernandez.

Several teams are talking to the Marlins. They want a big return and I think that over does it. And the Yankees probably never offer that.

I don't think Frenandez is going to be traded. The Marlins want the world for him.

Remember last offseason when there was talk about Stanton then he inked that record breaking contract, not saying it would happen with Fernandez but there's a chance.

the thing about a possible extension with the Marlins and Fernandez is that Scott Boras is his agent and his clients almost NEVER sign extensions.
