The Dodgers need to make a move with the offseason their rivals are having. The Giants got Shark, the D-backs stole Greinke and landed Miller, and the Cubs got much better. If the Dodgers want to stay in it they need to make a few moves. This deal benefits all 3 involved.


TB- Zach Lee, Alex Verdugo and Jacob Rhame
LAD- Jake McGee

After pulling out of the Chapman deal, the Dodgers are looking for a good reliever/closer. McGee is being shopped and would fit the Dodgers need. TB gets back Lee who could pitch now, Verdugo who is an upside bat, and Rhame who could be a closer one day.


Sign Johnny Cueto 5 years $135 million

The Dodgers have yet to add any significant payroll this year. Cueto would be the perfect fit in their rotation because they currently have 3 LHP (Kershaw, Anderson, Wood) and that is a problem. Cueto would be perfect behind Kershaw and Fernandez to lengthen their staff. If they land Cueto, I think they will look to move Wood for more bullpen help and prospects.
