Dodgers or Marlins would be the ideal fit!

if you have to ask its obvious that he's not.

and he only cost 250k not that much and I meant where would he start playing A AA AAA

If a team paid 250K for a guy, they don't have a ton of huge projections for him. At 24, he'll likely be a AA or AAA guy to start, and at best, a bench piece.

He will help out with the farm system and will make the Tigers prospect list

If you know this, why did you ask?

Because I what to know what people think of the signing its the tigers first cuban player signed out of the market

1. No, you didn't want to know what people that of the signing, you wanted to know if he was a good player.
2. It should show how bad a farm system the Tigers have that a lesser known or even unknown Cuban player jumps into their top prospect list.

BATMAN he is not in the top prospect list yet Ok but he will eventually

If he's on a team's top prospect list, it's likely because they don't have many other strong prospects, so yeah, the Tigers could use him.

But if you think he'll contribute, I'm sorry, he probably won't. $250K in an analytics driven game, when lots of guys are getting 20-30M out of Cuba, it tells you all you need to know.
