Indians give: Bradley Zimmer, Clint Frazier, Brady Aiken, Danny Salazar, and Cody Anderson.

Okay, rather than just automatically punch Unbelievable, think on this some. The Angels are a mess. They are not going to win this year or next. They need an infusion of youth, especially pitching. This is exactly the type of deal LA needs to turn the franchise around.
Would this happen? No.

Honestly, the Mets should make a play for Trout, the New Jersey kid. They have loads of good, young pitching. Send a package such as deGrom, Wheeler, Verrett and Juan Lagares to LA for Trout. that should get the talks rolling.

I like the premise of the deal, doubt I'm skeptical that Cleveland would give up Salazar. It's more likely that they'd trade Justus Sehffield, Rob Kaminsky, Mike Clevinger etc. in addition to Frazier, Zimmer, Francisco Mejia.
As far as the Mets are concerned, I agree that they should take a run at Trout. DeGrom, Wheeler, Lagares, Dominic Smith, Rafael Montero is a good start.

If the indians want trout it would cost at least 2 of either Salazar, Bauer, or Carrasco plus a couple of top prospects. It may seem like a lot but Trout is the best player in baseball and its going to take a whole lot plus he's on a team friendly deal.

The Indians have no desire to gut their team to acquire the best player in the league. It's just not going to happen.
No Trout.
No Deal.
But, if the Angels wanted to discuss Tyler Skaggs after the season is over. then that can be arranged.

Only a dumb person would suggest the first. The Indians won't give up tons of huge assets to acquire Trout.
