Rockies Trade: Carlos Gonzalez, Troy Tulowitzki

Yankees Trade: Aaron Judge, Luis Severino, Jorge Mateo

Yankees get Gonzalez who should feast on the short right field porch in Yankee Stadium, Tulowitzki will give the Yankees another big bat and a still decent shortstop.

Rockies get Aaron Judge who will make Coors Field look smaller than everyone else already does, Mateo will be a good shortstop prospect, as will Pitcher Luis Severino.

So you want to throw away the Yankees two top prospects for two guys that can't stay on the field due to injury after injury and have massive contracts?

Plus the Yankees have their outfield tied up with Gardner, Ellsbury, and Beltran and A-Rod is their DH so they have no room for CarGo.

Believe me, as a Yankee fan I would love to see Tulo and CarGo in Yankee uniforms, I just wouldn't give up that much to do it.

^which is why the Yankees aren't going to make this trade. I'd rather have Judge than Cargo and Tulo, neither of which can stay healthy.

I would much rather have Tulo than Judge. CarGo is a different story but Tulo is still one of the best hitters and SS in the league.

Cargo and tulo can't stay healthy? K have they been injured this year? I don't think so the whole they're always injured thing ain't going to fly

you're going on this year alone? HA. Its about what they have done in their career. They have not stayed healthy in almost every year. There is still plenty of time this season, not say they will get injured. Plus the Yankees need to get younger not pick up liabilities.
