A half-eaten pudding cup has more trade value than Nick Castellanos right now.

is this better Fullmer not Castellanos

I'd imagine Daniel Norris would have to go in any sort of a trade for a top outfielder.

And can we address how silly it is to put Miggy at 3B in your proposal. This isn't a video game where you can put any player at any position. The Miggy at 3B train left the station years ago.

I think anyone of the players the Tigers got in their deadline trades should be the ones to go in trades. Their farm system is pretty weak as it is.

How bout Fulmer and Norris.

Still wouldn't be enough for CarGo.

I see no logical way for the Tigers to make a trade for Gonzalez. At this point, it would be less taxing on the organization to spend $150M on an outfielder instead of giving up the only decent prospects you have.

The Tigers need Norris and Fulmer, for sure, as their staff is pretty thin right now.

The proposal is awful. And if you think Miggy can go back to third base effectively, then you don't think defense matters at all.

Cargo is an expensive player who is often injured and has had declining numbers over the last three years. The tigers will not have to give up their top talent to get a good LF. Not as much as you posted and for sure Norris and Fulmer are going nowhere.

Statement 1: "Cargo is an expensive player who is often injured and has had declining numbers over the last three years. "

Statement 2: "The tigers will not have to give up their top talent to get a good LF. "

Besides those two statements being contradictory, and hilariously incorrect, it's also comical that you try and downplay CarGo's trade value when we all know you'd be the happiest fan ever if your Tigers acquired him.

The only chance you acquire Carlos Gonzalez without giving up top prospects is by waiting a few years when he becomes a free agent.
