The Red Sox want to compete in 2020. Their window of contention is ever-closing. If they move Devers, they want a guy who can play 3B in Boston on opening day.

I'd have to agree. What are your thoughts on Phils taking on a little more cash and sending Segura to them. Thinking Boegarts can play 3rd (or not, I don't follow Boston too closely), Segure play short? Phils give up Bohm who needs a little more time, but can play 3rd come 2021 for the Sox.

Curious what folks think about Chris Archer's value. I'm a Phillies fan and think rounding out he rotation with him as the #4 and being able to shift Arietta to #5 could have some benefits. I would love the Phils to be able to craft some kind of deal where they could hook Archer as a reclamation project for Bryan Price and possibly fetch Taillon also. Knowing he's out for 2020, he could be a good gamble if he can bounce back. Might be unlikely being this is his second TJ surgery, but I'd like to see Klentak get creative here. Thoughts?

Neither Archer nor Taillon will fetch much from teams. The Pirates would be better off seeing what happens than to sell low, especially on Archer.
