Based on payroll, talent, and other factors, this is not as lop-sided as you think. Check stats, guys.

Throw in Bogarts or a top prospect and you'd probably have a deal. Phillies are looking to shed the old players with big money (i.e Hamels, Howard, Lee, Utley, Rollins who is already gone). If they could shed that $150M of payroll, they definitely would.
