Yes, the Padres need a true center fielder. But this is a horrible deal. They gave up a lot to get Myers and if they dealt him it would cost more than Gardner.

^You are nothing but clueless. It is not a good trade, like everything else you post is horrible. One the Padres gave a lot in to get Myers. No he is not a center fielder. But he fits a need in San Diego, power in the line up. And to just give up for Gardner who is decent, isn't good. Like I said adding Gary Sanchez still wouldn't be enough. Severino would have to be added to start.
