Zobrist is highly sought and will get way more than $8.3 million a year.
Gallardo will need more years and more money.
Why would they sign Ah-Seop Son for $8 million a year to be a backup?
Happ will get more than $5 million a year and more than 2 years.
Besides, i can't see the Pirates spending this amount of money.
I hate it.

The Pirates need a 4th and 5th starter so here are there options
Pirates call up Tyler Glasnow to take over 4th starter
AND
Pirates aquire CJ Wilson from Angels for Jeff Locke, and cash

Pirates would need cash in the LAA deal, not the Angels. Glasnow is not ready. Just gave up 6 R in .1 innings last night. WHIP around 1.600

I don't see the Pirates doing this. Locke is a better pitcher and 7 years younger than Wilson. Angels would need to give more incentive for Pittsburgh to take this.
